Shipping from Lebanon to Abu Dhabi

I've been noticing that most threads address the idea of receiving shipment from abroad.
Mainly for smartphones and certain hardware.

However, can anybody give an input on shipping to Abu Dhabi a package of around 250g ?
What's the ideal / cheapest mean ?

I sent a letter to the United States a few days ago with libanpost, he marked it 30 grams and it cost me 12000 lbp.
I believe you need to pay around 40,000 or more. I believe Insurance is incremental and not flat rate.
Go to a libanpost office and ask them

I wanted to check with Liban Post because i would imagine they'd be the cheapest though i am a bit skeptical on reliability
(DHL and Aramex had some crazy rates for the bar minimum so that's out of the question)

I didn't send something valuable. if your item is valuable I advise you to think again.
Plus the emirates postal service is not the best or so i've heard.
