Apple deals & USB 3.1 Gen2 Enclosures

Hey folks, I am looking for some good iMac deals in lebanon the best I could reach was 1800$ for the 2017 27" 5k Retina base model. The second thing i am looking for is a good USB 3.1 Gen2 Enclosure for SATA I found several enclosures for good prices(20$) but I haven't found any USB3.1 Gen2 in lebanon at all.
