Will they have flexible pricing so that people who are unable to receive the 'promised' speeds pay a bit different?  For example, I have a bill which says 1024 down, 256 up (unlimited), and I pay the same as those receiving the 2mbps.

questions..... II don't know if anyone asked this before,

01. Can we have better upload speeds ?
02. There must be a special packages for online gaming to ensure best affordable ping for such type of users, (almost 50% of the users, each has a PS4 or XBOX 1 or plays online games on his PC)

1. Have they configured their cache servers to deliver software updates for major OS (Xbox, PS, Microsoft, Apple) without affecting the data limit

2. When will West Bekaa be expected to have usable DSL lines of at least 2mbps.

Thanks a lot. He's giving more information about the new plans with each question asked. For now he said about these three plans:
-2Mbps unlimited.
-4Mbps 40GB.
-8+Mbps 150GB.
