T-Shirt Printing

Hello, I created a design of a T-shirt on Photoshop for my last week of school and I wanna print 15 T-shirts. I found multiple places where i can print them but the problem is they can only print like an A4 or A3 paper on the T-shirts that look like a big rectangle in the middle of it. My design covers the sides and the arms of the T-shirt so is there a place in lebanon where i can print all over the T-shirt ?

I have a graphic designer friend who experimented with the type of print where you have a mesh for each color.
I forgot the name of the technique. Screen printing?
He can print wherever he wants on the t-shirt, it's a somehow manual process.
If your design does not have too many colors (unlike a photograph) then it could work.
