Google recently made it's machine learning engine open source

this should be a great step allowing further development in AI for everyone

Usually when a closed source project goes open source, its because its not working as expected or because there is no use for it anymore (it has outlived its purpose)

Me neither! It was just my first though.
Thanks for the link. I was checking it out yesterday. I think that it is interesting and an opportunity to learn new things. I have yet to go through it throughly.
