New Star Wars app not available for Lebanon

I was so hyped about the part of this app that let you take a selfie with several Star Wars characters that I wanted this app from Google Play, but for unknown reasons it's not available for Lebanon!!
As it's a free app, anyone of you found the complete apk+SD of this app?

Couldn't you just make a foreign gmail?
On iOS i can make a u.s. Apple id.

Tried it already, it will show the download button but will not allow you to download as the device is not compatible!
My M9 is surely 100% compatible but it's a ''bug'' that google play does to block the good old VPN method

I knew about this 4 days ago, I was furious I sent the developers an email which they still did not reply! HAHA. Searched everywhere couldn't find the apk.
Now when i clicked on the play store link from pc it is saying "This app is incompatible with all of your devices." On my phone play store it says "It is not available in my country"
