First, what country is the baseband version from : I9500XXUGNF6 , and second when is lollipop gonna release?

Check Sammobile to answer both those questions. Also you can flash it on your own even if it isn't the same baseband. Just make sure it's for the same model (i9500 vs i9505).
If you have the adb (Android debug bridge) tools installed you can try to find the OTA zip that is pushed for your device version and push it manually from the PC using fastboot.
I didn't try the method on Samsung ROM, but I managed to do it successfully with on a Nexus 5, theoretically it should be the same if you managed to find the OTA zip.

Hi, I am having problems in rooting my S4 I9500 with baseband I9500XXUGNF6. I have tried Kinggo, iRoot, and Oddin to root my phone, but all have failed.
