This is what happens:
1, The website loads no problem.
2. My navigation bar moves downwards to accomodate space for the chrome babylon toolbar to load
3.Once the toolbar loads, the navigation bar stays right below the toolbar (the top of the page, where I designed it to be.)
4.HERE IS THE PROBLEM The div containing all my content, along with the footer of the page, automatically shifts down a great distance, so that I have to scroll downwards to get to them.
5. Strangely the title div (in between the content and nav) does not move and stays at the top of the page with the navigation div.
here's the structure illustrated.

At this time I cannot post the website for you guys to view, my clients orders.
Your thought? So far I thought it was perhaps an issue with the NAV's position being fixed 'position: fixed;' in the css. I'm gonna trouble shoot and find the problem.
There might be something wrong with your code. Also, if it only happens when you have that babylon toolbar, and not when you reduce the window size, then it migh be a problem with that toolbar and is not your fault.
