Charbel ,what software version is installed on your device ?

Dear Geeks ,
I have a BB Bold 3 9780( no data plan)with software version 6.0.0.546 installed , what im facing is that on wifi the browser works fine but other applications such as whatsapp or IM+(works on wifi no need to DP) works only when i restart the phone by removing the battery from the phone which is not practical each time to remove the battery to get connected before i had a Bold 4 with version 7 software installed and i couldnt faced this problem since both IM+ and Whatsapp applications were both working fine even if i moved out from the network coverage and went back again the phone will automatically connect to my saved network without removing the battery or restarting the phone ..
i would pleased to receive some threads on which this problem can be solved or if anyone have face it before please let me know asap

there is something wrong with my uploaded swf file since is not able to run on the server ,
but it is running well on local website , the file is being uploaded from dreamweaver cs4 with the name 1.swf

As for what Elchebib suggested is to activate the mobile internet ? what does it deffer from WAP or BIS and this service is offered by MTC or Alfa ?

so after this whole explanation i have conclude thats using WAP service is more cheap and economised than BIS and it can offer the same services offered by WAP as for : winlive ,chatting programs , facebook etc ., only BBM cannot be used ? finally do i have to choose wap or bis ?

i would like to know the main difference between the WAP service and BIS internet service
im a blackberry new user and im planning to subscribe in each of the service mentioned but i
wish if someone can tell me the difference same for the benefits provided by each of the service
