You're right, it's called Spy Camera Open Source. But weird enough putting my note 2 in silent mode didn't mute the sound.alk wrote

- You do have both. Not sure about quota limits though, but most probably there is.
When you first connect to the wifi you get to sign in with your username and password given by the university for each student. - I tried vpn today. As samer said it is blocked.
I will check the other options when I have time. - Be aware that iOS 7 will block uncertified lightning cables.
