Today, the weather is sunny but I still have the same results as yesterday's.

Modem is Technicolor (Willing to get the VR400 or VR900 and upgrade to VDSL2 if accepted.

The cable is newly installed from the building's main cabinet to my apartment.

And do you think I am eligible to upgrade for VDSL? Any guesses of what the speed could be?

Any suggestions about the issue faced on my current ADSL2?

Maybe that's the maximum speed your line can handle. Did you get those speeds while speedtesting/downloading something or is it just the stats of your router?
