Where would the bottleneck be? customer side or not?
I understand it this way (not necessarily correct, though):
If other users in the house are using the internet, QoS on a router should supposedly pass the gaming traffic first then the other traffic, same as QoS for voice calls (eg. Skype) is critical to reducing latency. Isn't gaming the same?
