  • Cheapest way to make international calls

As the title says, what's the cheapest way to make international calls. I tried buying a Kalam card and every place I've asked they have the same reply "ma2tou3 men el sou2".
try Google Voice, making calls to USA it's almost free and to other countries it's cheaper i think
"Google Voice is not available in your country."
Skype is apparently very cheap. Buy some credit and you can then call to phones internationally. My friend uses that, check it.
skype charges you for connection fees if I'm not mistaken, best way register for google voice with an american Ip and then use it to make calls. its free for the US and Canada and very cheap for other parts of the world.

If you are using the google talk app in Windows, click on the telephone icon and it should take you to a screen which will allow you to make calls. Calls to the US and Canada are free and I use the service all of the time.

I have google voice on my android phone and I kept getting the same message as you do.
On windows/mac. Get Hotspot shield ip proxy then you can sign up for google voice and install the plug-in. and then after that you can use it fine
If the 2 phones are android or iphone, then use VIBER (100% free)

Try the GeeVee application if you have an android/iphone/blackberry (only you need to have one of these phones, you can call to a land line), the call rates are lower than Skype in most countries.
Download the application (for free), they give you 0.5$ FOR FREE to try it (with 0.5$ you can make a free call of about 10 minutes to any US/Canada phone, for example), plus you can check the call rates once you download the app
the cheapest i have found is Voip Move service. I have been using it they have an App for PC and for Iphones, symbians also for andriod i think

www.voipmove.com
mhd_123 wroteThere are many sites such as actionvoip.com , rynga.com, smslisto.com, webcalldirect.com ... And much more!I personally use rynga which i found the cheaper to call lebanon 01 numbers...but i've heard that voip is blocked in lebanon? And btw they give you free days to call usa, germany and some other countries
does rynga have a conection fees? movevoip has a 0.039$
google voice? It doesn't work that well though.
Download Blink or Linphone...go to a free SIP server like sip2.sip.info or sip.antisip.com and create an account. Use that account to login on your PC (Windows, Linux, Mac) or mobile phone (iOS, Android, Blackberry, and most probably Nokia) and voila, free audio and video chat to other SIP users, and low rates for PSTN calls.
If you're calling to the US and Canada, Skype offers a $2.99 a month for unlimited calling. I think that's pretty cheap. However, I'm not sure if you can set up an account from Lebanon; I have one set up for my parents, but I did it from the US.
