this is the LCD monitor in question:

The model is from 3 years ago, but I want to get one.
I've already called Teletrade, pcandparts,GCC , checked khoury home, abed tahan websites with no luck
Found their Distributor in Lebanon Technorex co and the lady said it's not available anymore.

If anyone knows someone who has one and willing to sell it, let me know please, thanks.
man your luck is really bad :P i have this exact same model, 17 " , same.. problem is that its not working properly, the screan fliquers at the bottom for about 15 min before working normally, i would have given it to you if it wasnt broken.
Just a question, why do you want a 3 year old monitor? Whats the difference between it and the current viewsonic monitors now ?

I already have one. I want another one to set up dual monitors and it seems right to have them both as same model. shape and size.

Not to disappoint anybody for anything, but you're getting an old monitor. This means that both monitor's brightnesses have probably diminished from when they were new, and most probably to different levels. You'd then end up with two monitors that do not really render colors the same. One may appear more bluish, yellowish, greenish, reddish, etc...Are you running extended monitors as a workspace? Or are you planning on 3D gaming with these two monitors?

Ok then I'll look around for one too and share anything I find with you. But I have a suggestion if you don't mind: How about you get, let's say, a 24 inch monitor as a main monitor and attach the 17" you already have as a secondary one? The 24 will look much nicer, and will surely be digital.
