I've never heard of an ISP disconnecting its users for and IDLE time Khalil13, this is something new.
Did you try the program? and is it true 100% malware free?
i havent tried anything, but in the last two days i have experienced this problem
Who's your ISP Khalil? I will do some research about this.
in beirut its ogero, no problem with it, but in the country, its some reseller.
i sometimes leave my email ( msn ) logged in and leave the house for 3 4 hours :P no disconnections ever happen , of course random ones sometimes but not related to me being idle or not
well since your msn is logged in, that means you arent idle, since you get notifications about who signs in and what so ever. but in my case, after six hours of no electricity current, i tried to connect, but failed, the router wifi signal was excellent, but no internet connectivity.
That's weird khalil13, I know that some Cable ISP tend to reduce your download rate speed when you start a large download size which may take several days to complete, so if this happens you'll notice a huge drop in your download rate speed, sometimes near 6kb/s.

But the disconnect thing is new, try to ask your reseller about this.
you are gonna make swear by god that there was no connection, i restarted the router and the receiver about five times and nothing happened, why are you so skeptic?
Off topic : When you capitalize the world IDLE, people might think you're talking about this.

At least, I did ^_^
