Can anyone please recommend some nice MMO games for the iPhone? Something like "Kingdoms at War" or any game that might be interesting.

4- Order and Chaos - This one is not free, it's for 6.99$; BUT this is a Truly EPIC mmo, it's almost WOW quality, only on your iPhone, do give it a try, at least if you have your phone jailbroken...

5- Pocket Legends
6- CastleCraft
7- Moonga
8- Shadow Era
9- Galactic Empires
10- Yslandia
11- Castleage

If you're also into some rpg but not necessarily mmos here's another tasty list:

1- final fantasy
2- crystal defenders
3- vanguard storm
4- zenonia 1 & 2 - This one's a retro classic rpg style, it never gets old...

5- Battleheart - tactical squad based rts/rpg, a very nice game.

6- Infinity Blade - a truly Epic rpg with amazing visuals, this one's almost console quality gaming.

7- Inotia 3: children of carnia
8- Braveheart
9- luna story special
10- solomon's keep

Even the psp can't top some if these games in the above lists, on the contrary some of these iPhone games were ported to the psp/nds.

@Avo you can get free apps only from the appstore, you need to have an apple id as well.

Play Kingdoms at War and dismiss uneasiness by making the most powerful monarch. Kings and Legends is a card fighting game that I played for the first time, so I searched some guides on the Internet and found the guides on MMOWood. And these guides are all useful for newbies.
