Is this power supply enough to power up the whole system, and are there enough connectors for the parts ?
http://www.ocztechnology.com/ocz-500w-700w-modxstream-pro-power-supply.html

The parts are
Intel Core i5-2500 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W
(Kingston 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333)*2
EVGA SuperClocked GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5
Samsung PX2370 23'' LED
(COOLER MASTER SickleFlow 120 R4-L2R-20AR-R1 120mm blue LED case fan)*2
(COOLER MASTER R4-L4S-10AB-GP 140mm Blue LED Case Fan) * 3
Plus three built-in case fans (CoolerMaster CM 690 II advanced)

So , is this power supply enough, and does it have enough connectors ?
How many watts?
and i'd recommend somthing better then OCZ like the XFX 750W PSU @pcandparts
Id recommend you stay away from OCz these days... Also this 500w psu is enough but just about barley. You are pushing your wattage. Do not stress your system too much, or even oc. Do not cheap out on the most important part, psu are both overrated and underrated at the same time.
If your geting the parts from outside, id recommend going with i5 2500K, the difference is merely 20$ and the difference upon oc is earth shattering.

Edit: id recommend at least the 600w version of this psu. And yes it does have enough connectors but just for 1 gpu, ofcourse you can use converters.
Get a 650 watt psu and above. Look for In-win, XFX, thermaltake at pcandparts.

And also MEgamer from where are you buying the coolermaster CM690 II advanced ?
No not enough. Remember that PSUs are 85% efficient (and perhaps less for cheap ones). Stay away from OCZ (they are on my blacklist, OCZ Extreme 1000watt died in 1 year). Go for Thermaltake 650-750 watt. Get the 2500K and overclock your system. Should make you happy :)
Efficiency is not what the psu can give, but what it will drain from the wall outlet. Since this psu is 85% efficient, it means that it will draw only 15% more than what the pc needs, from the wall. So if your system needs 400w it will draw 460w. Efficiency is to decrease the electricity bill.

Now +12v is THE most important voltage nowadays, since most components run on it. +12 EPS, pci-e power connectors are all +12.
Take a look at the specs pic of these psus:

You will see that under the +12 of the 500w unit is actualy 432. Low yes, but also means that the psu PEAKS at 500w but it cannot run more than 432 for long time.
The 600w unit, is 504... 100w less... Can you say marketing!!!.
And finally the "700w"... 552w... So you see these psus are not so great. Stay away from them.
As i said before, and some ppl. Stay away from ocz, and plz forget Thermal take for a while. Go xfx if you can find. Also gigabyte 800w are good, their 720 superb is actually 600w but PEAKS @ 720, but 800 is 800. Xfx are THE best psus i have seen in lebanon, since we dont have seasonic/corsair/antec/silverstone..etc Inwin are not that relaiable as they tend to fail after a while, but its all luck. Thermal take we have the old models from 2004, you will see 700w with 4pin power and 1 6pin pci-e (maybe 2), but they are indeed old models. And finally coolermaster are decent. So go CM or GIG or XFX, no specific order except for xfx since they are seasonic at heart :).
And get a 2500K. What mobo did you choose? Gigabyte or msi?
Ocz, thermaltake?? Really?? And do you know how much you're going to pay gumrok if you get a PSU abroad? Get a Gigabyte PSU from Republic of Gamers. They're really good and you have a quite powerful system that's going to require some power, especially if you're OCing. If you're ordering online, then get Gigabyte, corsair, pc power and cooling, enermax, antec...these are the best! Corsair is based off Seasonic too. Don't know about the others. Cooler Master is also great, and is available @ Republic of Gamers.

If you order here, you get a warranty and RMA option. If you order abroad, you're going to pay through the teeth for gumrok and warranty is difficult since you have to ship back.
then, the CORSAIR Professional Series HX650 will be recommended ? (650W) ?
Most definit recommendation my friend.

Edit: I am so jelly of you getting things from outside, i hope the prices are great.
yh, they are great, want me to order some parts for you ? :D
Well you can do a little favor and tell us what did they cost when they arrive to your doorstep :).
well, nothing, since i didnt even order any of them :D just asking which parts will be better for a system, which parts to choose when it comes to parts, and the reason i used the site "newegg" is it has parts that aren't available in Lebanon :D OK Beej ? :D
BTW, i saw your system, great build man !
How do you think you will get such parts to lebanon then?
what ? yasamoka , im not ordering any part ! :D
MEgamer wrotewhat ? yasamoka , im not ordering any part ! :D
You're searching for the ideal parts. There are many alternatives, though...I used to do just like you until I started gnashing my teeth searching in Lebanon for such parts and not finding any...eventually I was able to get an 850W Corsair PSU, Corsair Dominator RAMs, a Thermalright Venomous X, Asus P6X58D Premium motherboard, Scythe S-Flex 12cm fans, Sennheiser HD485 from Switzerland, USA, and Germany, with my brother who came back to Lebanon. He had a whole bag of the stuff. So I suggest you search for the parts here.

Corsair Vengeance RAM is already available here in Lebanon, and at a REALLY good price. So are Scythe fans, and uber motherboards like the Gene-Z and Maximum IV Extreme, Sennheisers on special order. Gigabyte and Cooler Master PSUs.

I got the case, monitor, and CPU from Lebanon, though.

EDIT: I now understand what you've been doing. Just researching good parts. What do you plan to do after you get a list of parts that make up an ideal system for you, though?
well, eventually buy them, if im not gonna buy them, why ask about them in the first place, i asked about cooling the laptop, and eventually i got it, and i got just what i needed, and now by asking you which parts are best for a gaming rig, i will buy them ,eventually, and i will get just what i needed. After all, we are here to help each other ;)
