  • gprs service on prepaid mtc touch line for iphone 4

Hello guys,
is it possible that mtc touch don't allow iphone 4 users with prepaid lines to benefit from the gprs service?
I called mtc touch and a guy told methat gprs service on iphone can only be used if you line is postpaid?
is this right first? and if it right, is it fair? im so mad at this coz i got an iphone and i had a blackberry before. and concerning mobile internet experience, blackberry is heaven.
any one of you know anything about that? is there really no gprs service for prepaid mtc lines on iphone 4?
I have a postpaid line from alfa. Just activated GPRS today, and received a message that confirmed activation, but I couldn not get it to work. I'll try again tomorrow, maybe there's a delay...
I don't know about prepaid lines. I thought it was easier to get connected on these. Also, first time I hear about any limitation for the model (iphone 4). I have an iphone 3G. Normally the model should not matter.
GPRS can only be used if the phone is postpaid (ya3ni msabat) i doesn't matter what handset you use!
gprs is only available for postpaid lines, the only option if you have a prepaid line is WAP,and this works good only on nokia phones it's hard to make it work on iphone or android.
I have iPhone 3G and a Postpaid line. After I suffered many problems with GPRS on iPhone 3G, one of them is my line kept on using Cellular Data even when Calls and Messages were trying to reach me, so my line was as if its closed and messages needed time to arrive.

I ended up going back to my Nokia E71, till a newer version of iPhone is released.
GPRS is not available for pre-paid lines. You can only get WAP.
Here's a topic on how to get it working on the iPhone: http://www.lebgeeks.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=7607
