What do they mean when they say Advanced PLUS throw all these languages,technologies,framework..?
the person has to be a robot or something?
I copied these from a job add for a senior web developer
Technical Knowledge:

•Advanced knowledge of PHP/MySQL5 , C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, Flash Action-script (AS3 is a plus)....
•Experience in web development: develop the look and feel for sites based on the designs, following the W3C standards and the best practices for SEO and browsers compatibility
•Experience in SharePoint branding: The candidate should have a knowledge in SharePoint designer and how to apply a design on a SharePoint site.
•Experience in Flash Action-script: The candidate should have experience in flash and how to develop dynamic websites using Action-script and XML

In brief, no, usually companies want more than one person, but they throw in all the requirements, and get all sort of CVs.
They would then filter them and contact the appropriate talents.
