Where can I buy a UPS that can last the whole 3 hours of electricity outage? I only need it to be able to power monitor, computer and the VISP box (no "moteur" guy in this neighborhood). Also how much do they approximately cost? Do they need a lot of maintenance to last 3 hours every time?

I had UPS "undeground", working for me with 3 lead acid batteries. You cannot put it in living room (fumes), it lives in my underground room. Can work even up to 6 hours and more... the new one i never reached that it will shutdown (except once i put on it for 30 min refrigerator). It is 2kVa i guess. I think mostly such thins with external batteries will work for you. Maybe 2 batteries is enough for you, since on mine whole "lab"sitting with a lot of equipment.
I can check it's name at evening, if i will not forget.
P.S. VISP box usually powered from PoE, it can work from battery and charger directly. We have some cheap, i can ask our guys where they buy them.
