again, I would like to say the reason that many of you are still getting high pings(or "normal" pings)
is most probably because IMEWE is on, but ISPs probably hasn't put it into effect for customers until there is a new pricing list approved, so again guys, take it easy on the results, wait a week, or 2(or until 1st August) and I bet something nice will happen lol :P
according to this, Leb should start experiencing the effects of IMEWE in less than 2 weeks
