Even though Sodetel did not upgrade their plans, but I was having a nice low ping for the past couple months, it is not always like that, because I dont have the Fixed IP package, depending on the IP my modem acquires, sometimes I am on the Satellite pool with a high latency (300-400 ms) other times on the Fiber pool with low latency like that:
This is my ping to bbc.co.uk:
C:\Users\Aly>ping bbc.co.uk -t

Now I did a trace route to bbc.co.uk to see the route and I pinged an IP belonging to Level 3, a quick look-up shows that it is located in France near Marseilles, but the latency was amazingly about 55ms to France !

I also tried to search for Telecom companies / ISPs in Marseilles and ping them, I found this
www.digicom-telecom.com and as you can see the ping below:

I can positively confirm that this connection is through the IMEWE cable and I hope that once Sodetel upgrade their packages the latency stays like that 24/7 and no Satellite Bullshit, even though I did quit online gaming years ago, but if this will be the case in the upcoming months I might buy BF3 and enjoy it online :)
PS: the latency between me and sodetel is about 15ms, my line is very good with those parameters:
Line Coding(Trellis): On On
SNR Margin (0.1 dB Down/UP): 302 310
Attenuation (0.1 dB Down/UP): 290 175
Output Power (0.1 dBm): 89 118
Attainable Rate (Kbps): 11360 1376
