I don't think you will face any issues with the TV. Most (if not all) LCDs can handle the 60/50 Hz modes. As for the NTSC Xbox from Canada, it most likely comes with a 120v adapter. The good news is that you can use a 220v adapter on an NTSC Xbox. I am currently using a 220v adapter from a previous NTSC/J Xbox 360 on a new NTSC/US unit. However, I don't know if any shops here sell the adapters (call Nino and ask them). As for the games, unfortunately, the Xbox 360 is region locked. However, there are many games that do not enforce these region restrictions. There are many sites that list which games are compatible with other regions. For example,
