Hitman6267 wroteUnlimited quota is not a reasonable request. It's not a sustainable business model and the shift from unlimited to reasonable bandwidth limits that is happening worldwide proves this.
This sounds like Sea jay from FB.
In any case, the business model is sustainable as long as there is available bandwidth and a deterrent to theft/abuse. In this country, I don't believe the no quota deal will work UNLESS prices are dropped enough so that anyone can afford a subscription from licensed providers instead of the neighborhood "ishtirak" guys. A no quota expensive option would encourage my of these guys to get get the broadband from the telecoms here and distribute it to their customers for a lot less.
If an unlimited low price option doesn't happen, I am hoping my 512 connection with 4 down becomes a 2meg connection with 15-20 gig down--I like watching streaming video especially sports, syfy, and the comedy central. I want my connection to become "usable" and not to think about it. Like electricity, if you have to say something about it, then there is a problem.
I always find it sort of funny that the state here encourages theft by making basics like electricity, water and internet really expensive. Maybe it's just me.
