I remember reading an article about them doing this and I think one of the limits they were going to impose was that the service was going to be available only while the park was still open. In any case, I am sure they thought this out (or at least I hope so).

I hope it dies the first 5 minutes of deployment and i hope it fails miserably. Providing free internet for the public when I'm paying over 100$ per month for a shitty connection is unfair.
