Wap download limit

Hey guys, i just want to ask a question:
On iphone, you have the ability to turn the cellular data on and off
So everytime you turn it off then on, you reconnect to wap but your data ip changes,
My question is that when you get a new ip, do you get a new 25mb of download ?

It would be really helpful if someone explained how the operator connects the user to the internet, because there must be a way in which we could connect to the internet ourselves

how is that logical? Your wap connection goes through the service provider, how can you workaround that?

Yes, you can "clone" cellular numbers. You would be using the number and account of someone else. I know it because I read about a guy in the US who did that. I think he also hacked some government website. After the FBI caught him he got sentenced to several years of prison, and even after he completed his sentence he is legally forbidden to use a computer or a modem.

PS: If you find a way, please let me know. The only way I know to "connect to the internet ourselves" is running a modem signal through your cell phone. And if it works, if will most probably be slower then WAP, and you'll have to pay for the minutes anyway. It's probably not a good idea.

i have actually read your post, but there was this guy who said that he would make sure it doesn't happen anymore.
anyways, since you could find a bug that connects you to wap, that means the free connection is not impossible.
