hey guys , i want you to solve a problem for me that mtc support couldnt help me with
two days ago i sent the letters MI to the number shown on mtctouch.com.lb in order to get a wap connection
i received three messages two of them saying that the service will be activated within 24 hrs and one other message saying that if a pin code is requested, i should enter a number they gave me
so i waited for the next day and nothing happened, so i called 1111 and they said that they would resend me the settings, and they would not accept to give me back my 5$ instead, its the third day and i still havent received any settings ! so what should i do to get a wap connection or to get back my money
NB:i have an iphone, i know wap doesnt work on it but i have read a post on this forum teaching how to make it work
