Ok, so the LM1084IT-ADJ is not a transistor, but a voltage regulator, a 5A low dropout positive voltage regulator with an adjustable regulated output voltage to be exact. Unfortunately, Katranji doesn't have it (the problem not only resides within the high current rating but the adjustable voltage terminal that usually is available as a ground reference for other voltage regulators: for normal voltage regulators the output voltage at the second terminal would be constant; for the case or the LM1084IT-ADJ, it is variant). A good equivalent is the LM338T, so check Boujikian for it (Katranji has
it too).
On the other hand, if you want the regulator used in the original design, RS Online, a shop found on Tallet El-Khayat, just after the gas station across Concord cinema Hamra, can order it for you from UK. Just give Hussam, the shop owner, the reference number RS 533-9347 (
link here).

The circuit you're trying to build is a multiple DC fan controller, so why do you need the PC fan controllers?
shant wrote12cm PWM fans for pc
Do you mean
12V PWM fans? If so, Katranji has all sizes starting from 2.5x2.5x1 cm fans to 9x9x2.5 cm fans (check
here).
