hello :)
so i have a friend who probably will go to america in a few months then return, i though i use newegg to order stuff to his house and he will bring it with him to here so he won't go to the trouble of searching the items etc..
the thing im wondering is that i don't have a bank account and i heard about this "internet card" which is where you go to the bank and give them some amount of money you choose and they give you a internet card with the amount of money you chose in it,all without a bank account, so im wondering if newegg works with this thing called internet card?

also you pay new egg online right?

what about amazon.com ? i heard they ship to lebanon but how does that work? lets say i shipped to lebanon and paid the tax etc online to them, do i get the items shipped to my home with no other stuff or do i still have to pay import tax to the government here?
All the "internet cards" issued by Lebanese banks have their countries defined as Lebanon, therefore you can't make transactions with them online on newegg and amazon since they don't ship to Lebanon anyway, they don't accept Lebanese cards either.
That's not entirely true. You can order/ship to lebanon, but it really depends. I ship books/DVDs from amazon all the time.
I admit it has been a while since I even looked up anything on amazon but I'm fairly certain about Newegg though.
Amazon will work. Any Credit card, but some items have restrictions on shipping addresses.
As for new egg... it's a whole different story. they only accept credit cards issued from the states and they need to be verified with the owner's address or whatever. to be short, a pain in the ass :P

These matters were already discussed before, search :)

what do you use to order them? do you use internet cards? also after shipping, do you still pay import tax to lebanon or its all in the shipping and you pay it on amazon.com?

what about those internet cards? or whatever they are called?
Yes, you can use your prepaid Lebanese card on amazon.com and ship the memory modules to your friend's address there. You can't ship them directly to Lebanon though.
Newegg and Tigerdirect don't accept internet credit cards issued in Lebanon, learned that the hard way
