hello every one, i have the same question as xazbrat , anybody knows where can i get p90x
please let me know , thank you
I have them, originals. I'm located in Dekwaneh. Not sure if that helps. By the way, there are licensed trainers for P90X in Lebanon. I applied for their promotional program, got a free diet program and related discs.
I have the one before p90x, forgot what it was called. Insanse workout? Something like that. Its a 14 episode each with almost 1hr of exercise.

You only need a bottle of water, matress (carpet is enough :P), and some weights (used only in ep 14). So you only need you :). I tried episode 1 and i can tell you this, even though my leg is injured i tried to some of the work, but its hard to do pushups and whats not. I swetted like no tomorrow, and the next day my back and feet and legs and amrs where sore. So i can testify that they work, hadnt had the time to continue but they WORK.
Great!

How to get them guys? from where to download? I think my connection an handle 9GB :)
yeah its called insanity , i was wondering where can i buy it or something , does virgin mega store have it , its a very good workout program
I did the program for a couple of months--I really liked the arms/shoulders workout as well as the abs and yoga ones. The chest/back one wasn't bad, and I incorporated parts of it. Right now, I use a lot of the arm/shoulders part in my workout and try to do the abs and yoga ones once a week. You really need a pull up bar, weights or a stretch cord, a bench or chair, and a towel. It is really intense for beginners so I would suggest taking a bit more time between sets initially until you get used to the pace.

There is also a workbook, and if you look hard enough, an android app to help you track your progress.

I had a brother in KSA and he downloaded it for me--as for the workbooks, they are readily found on torrent sites and elsewhere. If you want to buy it, I would suggest you find a friend (or take the chance yourself) who can order it from amazon. http://www.amazon.com/P90X-Hortons-Extreme-Fitness-Workout/dp/B000TG8D6I/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1337449353&sr=8-1
I downloaded the DVD's but I don't know how to start. Please can somebody upload the worksheets?

Try this

Edit: and as I mentioned before, if you are just starting out, slow down the pace of the workouts initially until you get used to them.
