xazbrat wroteI did the program for a couple of months--I really liked the arms/shoulders workout as well as the abs and yoga ones. The chest/back one wasn't bad, and I incorporated parts of it. Right now, I use a lot of the arm/shoulders part in my workout and try to do the abs and yoga ones once a week. You really need a pull up bar, weights or a stretch cord, a bench or chair, and a towel. It is really intense for beginners so I would suggest taking a bit more time between sets initially until you get used to the pace.
There is also a workbook, and if you look hard enough, an android app to help you track your progress.
