Hello!
After using Windows since 1998, shifting to Mac in August, now its time to deal with Linux.
I have the previous version of Ubuntu (Ubuntu 10.10), It worked fine with me on a regular laptop by booting from a USB. Also, it worked by installing it on a PC.
However, I want to experience it on my own machine, MacBook Mid 2010. I have tried installing the open-source Virtual Machine, Virtual Box, but i don't like virtual machines, so I want to install it on a separate partition like installing Windows through BootCamp.
I have searched google, but most articles are outdated.
Any one knows how to install Ubuntu on a Mac?
Thx in advance
Best Regards,

Thank you,
I tried to follow the steps, but donno what happened, Windows 7 can't boot now :S I have a back up from 2 days ago, I am restoring it.
I am deciding not to mess with my Mac anymore, 2 OS is more than enough!
