Kassem wroteOk I will repeat the topics I posted in the previous thread:
There are several topics I'm really interested to learn about but for now I want to learn the following skills:
- Automated testing (Unit Tests, Integration Tests, Acceptance Tests... etc)
- Working with Git (Distributed Source Control, I think that's what it is referred to)
A short (and to the point) introduction/lecture followed by a live demo would be great.
Kassem, i'm happy to help with those topics. If we were to work on a project collaboratively we will definitely use TDD (test driven development) and Git while coding.
Saeid, def a good point and should try our best to follow this approach.
I know i mentioned web services and APIs but that doesn't mean that the project(s) should be web based. It happened that devs learn from other good devs and those APIs are in production and used by many.
Any project is fine, just something interesting that we can all work on.
PS: internet connection is not a must. Worst case scenario, i have a mobi dongle, we can recharge it and use it through AirPort or my router.
