mesa you are right about peltier junctions..normally the exothermic side should be connected to a fan pushing the air outwards..also just for your info computer water cooling systems reach freezing point and no water should be using ..anti-gel or anti-freeze is the normal liquid used
Hahaha The first one NEVER overheats does it?? :P

I've known the 3rd solution to be used in Summer by the way...hahaha talk about poor case ventilation

By the way, guys, the Thermaltake Frio is simply much better than the coolers suggested. Cool, quiet, compact, and inexpensive...
In extreme cases just go with Nitrogen Liquid :P
Ok, another problem with this computer is apparently the GT210 is a lot slower than the 7300GT.
I was told to look for at least a 430GT.
It also needs to be a inno3d because it seems other boards are making my xserver crash. Any computer shops open on sunday or do I have to wait for monday? Also, any recommended shops in Beirut?

For gaming the GT 430 is the minimum... and Inno3D is not the only good brand out there... you can buy the EVGA (it is one of the best companies)...

These are the major shops in Beirut (none of them open at Sunday):

-I bought the EVGA GT 430 few weeks ago from Microcity (Hamra) it costs 90$, and I recommend that store...

-The store facing Microcity, called Liban Tech also have the EVGA GT 430 and they are selling it for 94$...

-Avoid Microtech store, which is located 2 hundred meters away from Microcity (near LAU) they are very over priced...

-PCandParts.com they are also cheap (according to their website, the EVGA GT 430 costs 84+VAT= 92$), they are only an online store...

-Quantum store located near Lebanon TV, they are generally overpriced...

-CompuWorld in Sin el Fil, the last time I visited that store was 2 years ago, so I have no idea about its current prices and product collection.

Avoid Virgin Megastore, BHV, TSC, Khoury Home, Hokayem Brothers, Abed Tahan... and other mega stores when buying computer products... they are unspecialized sellers, and the people work their are generally dumb and untrained... and the products are overpriced...
Ok, thank you for the detailed answer. where in hamra is Microcity?

The only reason I mentioned inno3d is that I did try a Galaxy 240GT card and it would cause xserver to segfault after a minute but then the Inno3d 210 card worked and I always had inno3d cards. Anyway, I'll buy the EVGA GT 430 from them first thing tomorrow morning.
Oh great. I didn't know they had a website. Thank you :)

You're Welcome :)

To see their products check the Catalog link not the All products link (it is not organised and graphic cards are not mentioned there).
Yeah, it is a low end card... if you need a stronger graphic card, then you should pay more money twice, the first for the more expensive stronger graphic card, and the second for upgrading your power supply...

And if you want to buy the strongest graphic cards out there (GTX 480, GTX 580...) then you will probably have a third payment, which is buying a new case that have a very good cooling (such as the high end thermaltake cases...).
Will the GT430 at least still perform better than the GT210? So far it looks like the 7300GT was much faster than the GT210.

Ok, I'll get the GT430 tomorrow to hold me off till I do another PC upgrade.

I consider this current computer a transitional one anwyay. I needed something that has both IDE and SATA. After I install SATA disks and move my Linux installation to them, I will upgrade to a new PC.
Ok, I bought the 430GT card. it has opengl 4.1 :D :D and I'm getting double the framerate from the 210GT card.
