Epic instrumental music

Share your favorite instrumental tracks - doesn't have necessarily to be guitar, piano or any specific instrument - hell it could be only a banjo, flute, accordion, oud or whatever tool that sorts lovely tunes that give us eargasm and mind-chill. And no specific genre - native, classical, atmospheric, psychedelic, exotic, oriental - all great to listen to.
