I am currently subscribed with IDM.
I am moving from mansouriyeh to Zouk Mikael and I called them.
There is no option to transfer!
I need to cancel the current conenction and re-apply in zouk! and wait a month or so for the new application?
Isn't it a simple thing like 1-2-3 you are transferred??
I seriously do not want to wait another month to get the internet!
Anyone has info about transferring DSL connection ? :S
