I'm looking for an old AC/DC adapter; it doesn't have to be operating cause I just need the outer encasing. The encasing should be of at least the following dimensions: 4.5 x 7.5 x 4 cm. I know I can fashion one out, but it'll take more time and money to do so.
Also, I'm looking for an old glass screen with the thickness 2mm (dimensions at least 12.1 x 7.1 cm). A transparent durable plastic screen is also acceptable as long as it doesn't react to alcohol.

To avoid double posts, I'm also asking for places that can fashion such casings and screens (regular window-pane making stores don't have glass screens of the right thickness, the lowest thickness I could find is 5 mm; print-shops that cut such casings from large panes need Autocad 3D drawings that I don't have the time to finish except the end of next week).
