D-link DSL-2640u portforwarding

Ok i seem to have a problem here. I opened the ports i need, but when i check, it shows me that they are opened.

I disabled UPNP, i set a static IP but still nothing.

My ISP is IDM, I'm guessing that IDM blocks portforwarding ? Each time i check it says: " Reason: Connection timed out "

Anyone having same problem ? if so did you fix it ? or anyone else have a solution ?

As far as I know that IDM assign private IPs to their users so your modem have a 10.X.Y.Z IP right ? (Unless you are paying for a real IP).
If that's the case you have a private IP then port forwarding is not doable.

IP isn't crucial in port forwarding .. but you may have to disable Natting

fss fuck IDM, i needed to try something badly.
Ye they assign private ip. If i need a public IP, i have to pay each month ? or just once ?

I updated the firmware a month ago, the problem is from IDM not from my side.

Look man I was with IDM, and 2 years ago I wanted to host a call of duty servers on my PC and let my cousins join for a private match, I was very frustrated I followed everything correctly on the portforward.com they have all kinds of modems with all kinds of application tutorial and there is a tool you can download at the end to check if the desired port is open or not and it always gave me the RED color Port closed :@
I Tried the exact same tutorial on the same modem but with my Cousin's ogero's connection (Public IP) it worked within minutes.
Until I realized eventually that port-forwarding on modems with Private IP is useless and not doable, because simply to the outside world you are Behind one public IP and sharing it with multiple IDM users (Probably hundreds) and you all guys are already Nated to this IP and it is not possible to reach your 10.X.Y.Z IP from the outside.
By the way IDM's public IPs are a rip-off they charge about 100$ for an account with public IP.

Each month of course, you can call them and get the exact prices, I have called them before about it, if you want a Real IP you must have an DSL account with a speed above 512k (so 256k and 128k cant get Real IP at IDM) another thing that it also has a different quota if I am not wrong for 512k has 6GB up and 6GB down so it is a whole new class of prices and for them this is not residential, call them and get informed :P

Dude it is a DSL-2640U Wireless G ADSL2+ 4-Port Router i remember that IDM give a speedtouch not a D-Link. I have covered this issue before but for the speedtouch 546v6 modem, no i wasn't able to forward any ports successfully. Only DMZing (assigning a public IP) worked, like fellow member said before with an IP of 10.X.Y.Z. Though my modem actually forwards them without any error but in reality they dont get forwarded.

I know they give speedtouch, i was with ogero at the beginning. then i left and joined IDM, but i used my same modem i got from ogero after flahing it and updating the firmware.

Then sorry i cant help because i know on speedtouch you should keep the DHCP enabled to allow the device to be DMZed.

Just bought a VPN, like 6$ a month :) (4$ a month available but it comes with a shared IP) dedicated IP, portfwarding available and very fast.
My problem solved, application worked perfectly fine.

moei use the DMZ first assign a ip from the router to ur pc using the mac and then put the ip u choosen in the DMZ and here you go u can portforward any i test it with 113 port and it worked
