I'm not subscribed with Cyberia, but if what you are saying is true, then I think that you can set a VPN connection that uses HTTPS protocol (it will cost 10$/month, google it to see if there are cheaper offers), so that you will be able to visit all websites and start downloading with no limits :)

So how many gigabytes did you download ;P

I think that they should reactivate your account because you didn't break any law...
