I'm not subscribed with Cyberia, but if what you are saying is true, then I think that you can set a VPN connection that uses HTTPS protocol (it will cost 10$/month, google it to see if there are cheaper offers), so that you will be able to visit all websites and start downloading with no limits :)

I called Cyberia today, and they said theres a virus on my computer and that I should do a scan. I told them I'm sure theres no virus. do they mean that a virus is making downloads and that i should stop it? lol so they reactivated my account. I only downloaded 186 MB over my 3 GB.
