hey all,
i just got fed up with my ISP provider, local guy from my area, same bullshit explanation when i call him to complain.
my question is what is a good ISP provider for my region in terms of stable connection and stable speed?
i download A LOT (games, softwares, anime...etc), and i know i have to download in a time limit when i switch ISP's. just don't want to wake up the next morning to found out that my 512kbps connection is at dial-up speed.
