[Help]Overclocknig Nvidia GPU

I need help to overclock my Nvidia GT240 ...It performs well and all and I can play just about everything on MAX settings with 30 fps.

But I wanna try and overclock it so any advices are welcomed.

Thanks for the replies guys ...but I allready downloaded and used MSI Afterburner ...Its pretty good.

I couldnt overclock with RivaTurner, and I didnt try evga because someone said its for ATI only :\

ummm, are you noticing any difference? how much more fps did you get?

who is that someone? EVGA is meant for Nvidia cards. MSI afterburner is another good choice. How's the temps?

Temp is stable at 30 C...jumps sometimes to 39 but its not sthg dangerous..my friend sometimes gets 50 lol.

I got a 10-12 fps boost on NFS Hot Pursuit Maxed out.(From 22 to 33-35)...its a little smoother and all but if you're no FPS-freak 22 is enough to play most games.

make sure your power supply is branded and has a good amount of wattage and amperage and always keep and eye on your temperatures and check for stability using prime 95
NEVER EVER EVER EVEEEEEEEEER overclock on a generic powersupply TRUST ME ON THIS I LEARNED THAT THE HARDEST WAY POSSIBLE !!
