They should have better PC and co managers, they only choose the most expensive brands (not in other countries but only in Lebanon)
They are selling products sometime 3x more than in Europe like for exemple Sennheiser earphones.
Because they are expensive they keep the same products for months on the shelves.
Sales people preffer to talk between us than answering customers questions!
Cellular section is bull shit with only 1 or maximum 2 brands instead to give a wide choice like they used to do in their first years, I mean they don't have Android HTC while they were the first to sell them in the windows phones years...
You really feel they target only Saudis people with their ''prestigious'' brands and high prices.
Yes it was better managed when they opened in down town on the very first years

They want load of documents that have nothing to do with what you want!
Is this in all Virgin mega-store in Lebanon or in the whole world?
Plus buying a Xbox 360 game for 89$ is "open stealing"

---()--()--- wroteRegarding the rock/metal music section, I would suggest the inclusion limited editions and digipacks. Personally, I already have all the music I like on my MP3, but would be inclined to buy the albums if they are in digipack / limited edition rather than a standard CD.

There should be a wider selection in rock and metal, and black/death should be included as well. There are tons of bands who play these genres who don't have "objectionable" lyrics. And even disregarding black / death metal ... the selection should be more tasteful and less random. There is no reason why albums like Opeth - Damnation , or Sleepmakeswaves' debut album are not on sale in virgin.

I second that, some retailers should stop being pussies and avoid selling quality Metal music - enough with the blasphemy excuse, and give me some top notch live shows or Metal albums instead of your Bieber BS.

Btw, Opeth are far from being Death Metal, they're an extreme progressive version of Porcupine Tree, and hell they make one of the best music on earth - yet you cant find what you want there.

PS3 games, and what i available of the PC games are expensive - i understand tax rates and such, but i can't get my head around how smaller stores in small alleyways sell them at much lower prices.

If prices can't be amended then a how about a reduction on 3 year games - wanted to buy dead space and saw it at a 80$ - just an example

most serious issue for me was the Xbox Games library - if you fix that i may just end up buying another Xbox.

Bad: Extremely expensive even for Lebanon. On expensive products are no price tags . Why?,The sales people are Emo morons with no clue what they are talking about. No Prices Online .

Bad expriences: tTied to get a sound system from ferguson hill which is priced around 650$ they wanted 900$. Hdmi cable for 39$?!? New macbooks at the Usual horror price? Nope But you could get the old ones for double the the Original price for the new ones how about that ?

But the best was a Week ago I asked for the 3ds because there was stand for it at the ABC Mall but empty so I went there and asked for it.. The answer was first This does not exist in Lebanon! I told the guy don`t lie to me I saw the stand a Minute ago ! Then he answered this is not for us. So I asked him so whose is it and he told me that it belongs to the Departement Store where I got it so much for its not available in lebanon. Why do they have to fucking lie?

Also a mac mini for 969$ come on. Ipad16GB for 999$ WOW I pay that in Anywhere else in the World and get one encased in Gold.

Now something Constructive: Get better prices around 10 to 25% discount on Old stuff . Get NEW stuff not the old crap. Force your employees to learn a little something about the stuff they are trying to NOT Sell to their always disgusted customers.

If you consider yourself a SHOP then try at least to act like one ! Everytime I go there it`s like coming into a museum with a lot of people that behave as if they could buy something but in reallity just pretend to be rich because they are in that shop. That is not the point of having Store it should be more like crowded with people actually buying stuff.

Last but not least : WE the customers have the Money not the Salesmen so have some respect for your Customers.
