hey all :)
i am using link DSL internet from ogero
my modem is Thomson GT858 V7
i pressed the reset button on the back of the device
i tried used the CD included with the modem to re-configuration the gateway settings
but still cant get connected to net
can someone help me with this

No one can actually help you if you hard reset your modem, you need to have your pppoe username and password in other words your L Number and password, if you dont have them you should get them, Ogero are picky they dont tell those stuff over the phone, they will tell you to bring the modem to them they will fix it, however if you manage to get the L number and pass it will be easy from there to help you, good luck.
