I am using terranet up to 256 plan
I did a speed test at 3:05 pm beirut time
I need some help with the results since am not expert in this domain am a graphic designer :D
ping 452 ms download 0.23 Mbps upload 0.05 Mbps
but on the map i got on the left my ip and location and on right > damascus hosted by Aya Isp
so i need some explanaition and how to improve speed and what is aya ispis it the isp testing my connection?!

Simple answers:
You can't do anything to the ping and its of no importance if you don't use your connection for gaming.
Your download and upload speeds can only be improved if you subscribe to higher speed package.
Other than that, there is not much to be done in a country like Lebanon. And yes, Aya is the ISP you test your connection with.
