Hopefully, and if nothing goes wrong, all testing will be over by June. At that time it will be ready and operational.

When it was first introduced, it was a native Facebook application and had international support. I used it a couple of times.
After many months it changed completely. Now it's a third party application by Oodle.com (it seems they've a special agreement with Facebook that allowed them to replace its native app.) It had support for the USA only, and Canada I think.
But after a while they added international support, and I've used it many times to buy and sell.

As xazbrat said, try another browser; it's probably a Javascript bug.
well i experienced the same issue with the chrome browser , but i managed to change my place using Mozilla firefox and the market is working really Sweet , but when i got back to chrome it would stay US .
