512 unlimited Sodetel?

Hello. I have now 256 kbps with 3gb up and 3 down. I wanted to change to 512 kbps unlimited but the people at Sodetel told me not to change since it is slower even though it is faster as it seems. What do you think ?

since its 256k for the download and 128k for the upload, it should be proportional to the quota, so 4GB download and 2GB upload :/ if only it was like that, i need 1 more GB, I consume 1GB/week so I end up every month without internet during the last week. :p
