Blocking Game Port From Thomson TG 585v7 Router

Hey Guys,
I have been looking everywhere for a method to block a port from my thomson (IDM) router with no success.
Can anyone help me with this issue?
Basically i want to block internet access to a game called Perfect World International (that's ruining my brother's life) which i think it uses TCP port 29000.

you can easily play with the DNS host file located on the computer. Lets say the game contacts a server with address: server1.perfectworld.com. On the DNS host file, add: server1.perfectworld.com 127.0.0.1

This will force the game to contact 127.0.0.1 instead of the real game server IP, resulting in failure in communication.

You can also block the game via windows firewall if the game uses a client application.

Thank you MrClass for your response. I will try to do as you suggested in the hosts file, it may do the trick.
As for blocking it with Windows Firewall i cannot do that since the game could be located anywhere (It's not installed), he could plug his HDD and run it from there.
I found a solution to block a certain process from running, let's say elementclient.exe using group policy, unfortunately it is not supported on Windows Home Premium.

Get the IP address for either the login server or the server which he plays on..and then
