Not really, some webpages are as light as the fact they wont take up more than 7MB of memory, others consume almost 140+. So it really depends on the content of the webpage, of course if its loaded with flash, and massive photos, the tab will be heavy and thus eat more megs. For example, I noticed Lebgeeks takes a almost 10MB of system ram on Chrome.
Either ways, my 6GB of memory is more than enough. Once I opened tons of tabs, it almost took 4000+ Megs of memory :)
