WTF !! 2.7 gb download in 2 hours - IDM

Well i really loved IDM and their service but what happened to me today was just SHOCKING. Well i started my download at 11:01 Pm and it finished at 06:50 as always.
This time after i woke up, i browsed some websites a bit and the internet was working fine. But after i came back from university the internet wasen't working, so i had to open on another internet to check my download quota and that what made me go CRAZY like shit after seeing that huge number in my freaking face.

So i called them and they kept me waiting for like 8 min after that they told me that i should wait until they fix the "SYSTEM PROBLEM" as they said and till now "NOTHING".

2,807,037,952/7200 = 389866 byte/sec, which is 3118931 bit/s, around 3Mbps.
Do you have 3 Mbps subscription?
If not, they will have really hard time proving that this numbers is true.

Btw 2677 MB looks like overflow value (signed integer overflow), can be bug.

I didn't download anything lol, ofc in lebanon it's not possible to download 2.67 gb in 2 hours. So i'm still waiting for their reply, they said that they will give me a call.

Btw do you have a problem with an extra download at around 7:30 ? I chose a schedule on my download manager from 11:01 till 6:50, but most of the time i get like 20mb to 40mb extra download most of the days at around 7:30, sometimes no.

I tried to call them but the put me on hold for 15 min with no answer, then i hung up i will give them a call later, but i have sent them an email telling them about the problem
about the extra download at 7:30, it happens sometimes. i also schedule my downloads to start at 11:05 and end 6:55

I had once 10gb downloads in 4 hours without even touching my PC, I called Cyberia and told the dude there,he said ''sir you reached the limit of maximum downloads'' I told him ''yeah sure 10gb in 4hours??'', he was surprised and recognised it was a bug in their system. After a couple of hours he reseted my downloads to 1gb :)
Btw I use WPA security instead of WEP because of young hackers
