Bentley satelite connection

Hey guys i found an Intenational Dsp that sells 4 mbyte Connections via sattellite to the wonderfull bargain of 2500$ per month and they want only 3 payments in advance isnt that great .......its illegal anyway but I would like to know if you also have found some like this in the past and do you think that some isps buy from them ,because they wrote me in the email they sent me that I could splitt the fees on many accounts hmm....

Although the internet in lebanon is very bad, I wouldn't go for it for the following rasons:

1) What do they mean with "4 mbyte Connections"? Is it uplink or downlink, you should pay attention what the proportions are of that.

2) When you got the first question answered, how is the uplink solved? It is hard to believe that up- and downling go on one dish unless you work for government institutions that sponsor you with such equipment in order to stay in conact with Langley.

Just if customer is dumb as hell, and he need all info well chewed and inserted in his mouth - then he pay much more and usually eat most crap offers on the market.

2)Just read about TDMA VSAT, or at least forums from people who use such things. Hard to believe, but true. If you dont want to learn things and read how it works, at least read what people write on forums.

It works on a two way connection but 1. it sucks 2. This hyper expensive for that what it is.

Equipment fees are 250$ plus 500$router and cables etc.

But come on no one pays that much for just 4 mybte down and 1 mbyte up its insane.
