The problem with mods is that they make it a hassle to upgrade the forum to the latest version. Since this is not relying on a plugin system but actual modification of the code base, we stick with the essential mods (namely the private message system).
• Very Simple Anti Bot Registration: this is useless, the bots targeting us seem to be more intelligent than that, however, the custom system I implemented seems to be highly effective.
• Ajax Post Edit: this would be a nice addition, but it's really not essential (see the beginning of my post).
• Fancybox for FluxBB: same as above.
• Highlighter: no implementation for flux, Rahmu is already looking into it by the way.
• Chat on each page like on facebook: it depends on a third party service, and no need for a live chat feature on forum.
Another good Mod would be one that would allow us to upload images right here on the forum rather than having to use image sharing sites to do that.
Potential security risks, increased bandwidth and really not essential.
